At Erin Becpk, we are committed to providing you with high-quality Wool Cloaks and Coats that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase might not be quite right. That’s why we offer a clear and customer-friendly return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items purchased from erinbecpk.com within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The item must be returned in a resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items that do not meet these criteria may be denied a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Custom-made or personalized garments.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and a return authorization if eligible.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged, incorrect, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

In the case of a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately and include photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label if applicable.


5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us at [email protected] to confirm availability. Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new purchase. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund and guide you through placing a new order.


6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Include detailed descriptions and photographs of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a full refund, including shipping fees, where applicable.
